Licensed Practical Nurse
Goal:
To function as a member of the health care team within the scope of practice of the LPN, supporting the Yuma District HospitalEUR(TM)s mission statement.
Qualifications:
Completion of a formal education program in Practical nursing.
Must possess a valid and current Colorado license.
Must have a Basic Life Support/Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation card LPN-IV2 certification Qualification/Certification:
Colorado LPN license BLS/CPR Card LPN-IV2 certification Min.
Experience :
1-3 yr.
Salary :
